Family Map: Where Everything Is

When an emergency, illness or death happens, families often lose days searching for policies, deeds and contacts. This sheet puts in one place where everything is and whom to call. Fill it in by hand, update it once a year and keep it somewhere secure that trusted people know about.

Treat this sheet as a confidential document. Do not write account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or access codes. Keep it somewhere secure, share it only with trusted people and destroy old versions when you update it. It is designed to be printed and filled in by hand.
